Guided by the Constitution, the Office works to bring governance closer to communities, enhance service delivery, strengthen accountability, and foster citizen participation in local development. Midlands Province is strategically located in the heart of Zimbabwe, covering 49,166 km\u00b2 and home to 1,811,905 people (2022 Population and Housing Census).
